friendly staff convenient location
i found the staff very friendly. the hotel is conveniently located within the union square shopping centre. the rail station is very close. the location made it easy to get around.

location is prime but some issues occurred

roof noise canned response
my room got really noisy. i was on the top floor, and it sounded like something thumped around on the roof all night. i told the front desk when i left, but they just said they would note not to put me there again. the breakfast was okay i supposed, but not the worst ive had. it was like a canned response to a real problem.

harbor views spacious room
The location is amazing. It is perfect for shopping. the room at the rear had great views over the harbor! it was clean and spacious.
The noise from the roof kept me awake most of the night. i mentioned this to the staff at check-out, and they said they would note my details, so i would not be located on the 7th floor again. That was disappointing!
